HHFA is the subdivision’s homeowners association. The association performs many activities including:

– Maintaining, snow plowing, and salting roads
– Maintaining the entrances
– Welcoming new residents
– Enforcing restrictions concerning building exterior and lot improvements through the Architectural Control Committee
– Organizing social activities
– Participating in the City’s “Neighborhood Watch” program
– Social Media Management, NextDoor.com, another great way for current residents to keep up with neighborhood happenings and association activities
– Providing a neighborhood directory to residents

Board of Directors

 

The HHFA Board of Directors is elected by the members at the semi-annual meeting held in May and November. The Board is responsible for conducting programs to meet the Association’s objectives. The maintenance Fee, which pays for the programs, is determined by a vote of the homeowners.
