Spring Egg Hunt
4/23 @ 11 am
Each spring we host an egg hunt in the backyard of one of our gracious neighbors! Warm beverages and a snack are provided. Get out and meet your neighbors. RSVP HERE
Annual Sub Garage Sale
Each year the subdivision hosts a sub-wide sale. This helps increase traffic for your garage sale. The sub pays for the advertising and signs. What dates work best for you? Let us know by filling out our interest survey form - VIEW FORM
Home & Garden Tour
Each year we attempt to showcase 4-5 homes and/or gardens of our HHF neighbors. It’s a great way to meet others and get home and garden ideas. Date for 2024 TBD
Holly Hill Farms Picnic
Each summer the neighborhood gathers for a picnic hosted by one of our neighbors on the pond. The HOA provides the food and beverages. A great way to hang out with the neighbors for an afternoon. Date for summer 2024 TBD
Halloween Parade & Party
HHF neighborhood children parade down Pond Ridge to show off their costumes to all neighbors lining the street and handing out candy. There is an after-party with crafts for the kids and donuts and apple cider for all. Last held Oct 2023 with nearly 70 participants.
Cards & Games | Adults
Typically held in the winter months, we gather to play cards and board games, share an appetizer and enjoy a few adult beverages. Last held February 2024 with 24 participants.
