Annual Garage Sale
Holly Hill Farms will put up signs and advertise for the neighborhood garage sale. Please RSVP to add your house to the list of participating sales.
Home & Garden Tour
Each year we attempt to showcase 4-5 homes and/or gardens of our HHF neighbors. It’s a great way to meet others and get home and garden ideas. 49 neighbors participated in 2024.
Holly Hill Farms Picnic
Each summer the neighborhood gathers for a picnic hosted by one of our neighbors on the pond. The HOA provides the food and beverages. A great way to hang out with the neighbors for an afternoon.
Halloween Parade
HHF neighborhood children parade down Pond Ridge to show off their costumes to all neighbors lining the street and handing out candy. There is an after-party with crafts for the kids and donuts and apple cider for all.
Cards & Games | Adults
Typically held in the winter months, we gather to play cards and board games, share an appetizer and enjoy a few adult beverages.
