In addition to the Holly Hill Farms HOA, Upper and Lower Holly Lake are maintained by the 23 houses surrounding Holly Lake. The community affectionately calls this body of water the pond. Each of these homes owns a slice of the pond and take responsibility for keeping it beautiful. The pond care contribution goes toward:
Treating the ponds with a dye to mitigate algae growth
Hiring wildlife-handling companies to relocate geese if population becomes an issue
Obtain DNR permits for Geese Control
Maintain Pond Levels by controlling the upper pond well
Maintain Aeration pumps
Maintain Aeration diffusion in the pond
Maintain small boat ramps used for pond treatment
Maintain the above activities within the budget
